These terms apply when you use endurabusiness.com, contact us, or buy services from ENDURA BUSINESS ADVISORS LLC ("Endura," "we," "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to them.
Our services
Endura helps local businesses get found, respond to customers and win more booked work. That includes audits, websites, review and reputation tools, automated replies and messaging, and ongoing support. The specific services, price and schedule for your business are set out in the proposal or invoice you accept.
Free audit
The free audit is free, with no obligation to buy anything. The findings are yours to keep.
Roots of Gwinnett
Roots of Gwinnett (rootsofgwinnett.com) is a community business directory and a community project of ENDURA BUSINESS ADVISORS LLC. Basic listings are free. Premium listings and any paid services are provided by Endura under these terms.
Payment and cancellation
Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly services are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and does not refund a month already started, unless your proposal says otherwise.
Results
We work toward real, measurable outcomes, but we cannot guarantee search rankings, review counts, call volume or revenue. These depend on factors outside our control, including search engines, platforms and your own customers.
Text messaging program
- What you will receive: texts from Endura Business Advisors about your inquiry, appointments, audit results, and account and service updates. No promotional texts.
- How you join: by giving us your mobile number through the chat on our website and agreeing to receive texts.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages.
- Help: reply HELP, call (678) 697-5585 or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
How we handle your mobile number is explained in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties for marketing.
Your content
You keep ownership of the logos, photos, text and other material you give us. You allow us to use it to deliver your services, and you confirm you have the right to share it with us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Endura is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
