This policy explains how ENDURA BUSINESS ADVISORS LLC ("Endura," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit endurabusiness.com, contact us, receive text messages or emails from us, or use our services. It also covers Roots of Gwinnett (rootsofgwinnett.com), a free community business directory and a community project of Endura.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you include when you fill out a form, book a call, reply to a message or talk with us.
Business information. For audits and directory listings, we use publicly available business details such as a business name, address, phone number, website, hours and public reviews.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
Basic technical data. Our website, forms and hosting providers may collect standard data such as browser type, device type and pages visited.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments, audit results, and account and service updates. We do not send promotional texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

We do not share your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers who deliver our messages on our behalf.

Texts and emails about a Roots of Gwinnett listing are sent by Endura and follow this same policy.

Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our customer management and messaging platform, email provider, payment processor and website host. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those requirements.
